Intentionally Vegan Cooking Demo

Date :- Monday, 4th February, 2019

Time :- 2.30 PM to 4.30 PM

Venue :- Kala Ghoda Arts festival, Artist Centre

Curious about what vegans eat? Considering going vegan but don't want to give up on milk and cheese? Join in for an interactive cooking Demo where Vinita Contractor, Nutrition Coach and Wellness Chef will show you how to make some of her favourite foods and also put your mind at ease about vegan food being boring or bland. All the items taught will be dairy free, oil free, refined sugar free, gluten free and made from healthy and local organic ingredients.

The menu for the workshop :

  • Shepherd's Pie with vegan cheese
  • Green Smoothie
  • Strawberry mylkshake (with nutmylk)
  • Hi- protein Nutriballs

Please reach the venue 15 minutes prior to the workshop time.

On the spot registrations on a first come first served basis. Capacity limited to 25 people.
