Vinita Contractor, is a Nutrition Coach, Wellness Chef, Food and Founder of Down 2 Hearth. She is based in Mumbai, India where she regularly conducts Whole Food Plant- Based (WFPB) cooking, AyurVegan and baking workshops. She has also taken cooking demos and workshops in other cities in India as well as in Bali, Indonesia and in the UK. She offers health consultations for weight loss and disease reversal of lifestyle diseases through WFPB foods and other holistic approaches. We accept only a limited number of registrations for our workshops to allow for maximum interaction and attention. We use organic produce / ingredients and prep accordingly. We are also conscious of judicious use of paper and print only the needed number of handouts.
