Nut and seed butters are great sources of fibre, micronutrients, anti-inflammatory fatty acids, omega 3 fatty acids, and protein, and they're incredibly creamy, delicious, and versatile in preparing meals and snacks. In this hands on community style cooking workshop you will learn to make your own nut & seed butters without oil, refined sugar, artificial additives or dairy which can be used as sandwich spreads , dips or even salad dressings.
This workshop will be conducted by Vinita Contractor, Founder of Down 2 Hearth, and Nutrition Coach & Wellness Chef.
