Whole Foods Plant - Based Helpers Training
We all would love to eat healthy at home but either we are busy working or don't have enough time and our house help just doesn't understand what oil-free means. We can help you out!

Your house help will be trained in Hindi /Marathi or English in how to whip healthy meals for you and help you with prepping and planning. Handouts with recipes in Hindi/ English will be provided.

All items taught are OIL FREE, REFINED SUGAR FREE, DAIRY FREE, GLUTEN FREE & PLANT- BASED FOOD.

DAIRY ALTERNATIVES SUCH AS CHEESE, GHEE, NUT BUTTERS, TOFU, DAHI & NUT MYLKS WILL BE TAUGHT

Duration: 2 sessions of 3 hours each

Time and day to be decided based on mutual convenience. Menu can be deigned/ customized as per your request. The charges would vary accordingly.

MENU FOR DAY 1:
  • No chai chai
  • Green smoothie
  • Millet Upma
  • Kanda Bhajiya
  • Dahi kadi
  • Scrambled Tofu Bhurji
  • Dal Makhani

MENU FOR DAY 2:
  • Buckwheat Crepes
  • Pad Thai salad with peanut butter dressing
  • Mushrooms & Pasta in white sauce
  • Pizza
  • Kheer
  • Raw Brownies
  • Chocolate ice cream
